Monasticon Praemonstratense (II, 60)

Approximate modern location: By Market Rasen, not far from Stainton le Vale, County of Lincoln.

Elm-Number [See below]: None.*

Other Comments:   Also referred to locally as Orford.  Parthenon, founded at the same time, probably, as the first house in England -- Newhouse.  Nothing is left in the bare fields now except three distinctly flat, square/rectangular shapes, probably the foundations of the major buildings.
